Office Manager

We are looking for a motivated, pro-active individual to take on the role of Office Manager within our busy office in Kennington.  The individual will gain a deep and valuable knowledge of the day-to-day running of an office within a fast paced and exciting creative agency.  This role offers scope for development within the company but will be mainly focused on office management rather than event production.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Good communication and written skills
  • A thorough understanding of Microsoft Office packages (word, excel, powerpoint), Keynote and proficiency working with both PC and Mac
  • Some previous experience working in an office environment (this is not an absolute necessity)
  • Flexibility 

Key aspects of the role will include:

  • General office admin – answering the phone, taking messages and directing calls to relevant people
  • Assisting the marketing and new business teams
  • Managing the busy diary of all staff, scheduling both internal and external meetings and organising international travel for senior staff members
  • Supporting senior staff members, ensuring all media is prepared and accessible for meetings and pitches
  • Managing all internal databases and archives including venues, key contacts and suppliers
  • Maintaining an inventory of all props and equipment used on projects and liaising with the warehouse manager
  • Looking after the building, ensuring there are adequate supplies of all office materials
  • Process management and liaison with internal creative, productions and studio teams
