Drive has partnered with renowned agent Nancy Jacobs to accelerate their expansion into the US and build on the success of their recent New York projects, which included Christmas projection mapping for HP and 4D brand experiences for Ralph Lauren.

After a high-octane autumn, working on projects such as the launch of 4G, the world’s first 4D commercial and the live Stand Up To Cancer event, Drive flew to New York for a week of agency meet-and-greets, and to cement their new working partnership with Nancy and her team.

Nancy and her associate Tara Ellis are both well known for their introduction of UK creative talent to the US, including Aardman, The Famous Group and Mr Hyde. Ben Fender, Drive CEO and Christian Sumner, New Business, spent the week presenting their show reels, case studies and predictions for 2013 brand experience trends to over 40 clients and agencies, including Google, Y&R and BBDO AT&T.

Ben commented: “Expanding into the US advertising and experiential marketplace is an exciting development for Drive in 2013 and beyond. We have already created some great shows in the USA, but this partnership with Nancy Jacobs is the perfect next step for drive in developing as a boutique global creative agency.”

Nancy Jacobs added: “We are thrilled that Drive Productions has chosen to partner with us in the US. I just love Drive’s energy and talent, and their approach to creating awe-inspiring projection and event based magical experiences for brands is second to none.

I believe that Drive create life-affirming work. Their events transcend cultures and places and countries and differences and speak to the hearts of people – and for the brands lucky enough to work with them. It’s exactly what’s needed in the US and the response on their recent visit was overwhelming.”
