Drive and Lavish put on a great show for JCB at ConExpo, Las Vegas

Under clear blue Las Vegas skies Drive, working alongside Lavish and the JCB ‘dancing digger’ team, wowed the crowds at ConExpo – one of the world’s largest and most important conventions in the construction industry.

ConExpo is held at the Las Vegas Convention Centre every three years. JCB has always led the pack with their stand in terms of innovation and impact, and this years stand was no exception. Everything is big and brash in Vegas so making an impression on the audience takes some doing, but with a flashy smoked-glass fronted purpose built modular control building with showrooms and meeting rooms, a circular tiered amphitheatre and perhaps the hugest branding we’ve ever seen (almost completely covering the Marriott Hotel across the road), JCB were out to grab attention big time.

The Lavish showgirls performed on hoops and silks rigged from truss on the extending arms of JCB plant vehicles. The showgirls combined with smoke, pyro, custom big-screen moving graphics and a beefy soundsystem made for quite a show – entertaining yet also showing off the amazing capabilities of the JCB machinery to dramatic effect.
